| 摘 要： | 目前转基因产品检测方法分为两大类:蛋白质检测和DNA检测;蛋白质检测方法有酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、试纸条检测和Western杂交;DNA检测方法有PCR(polymerase chain reaction)、 PCR-ELISA、Southern杂交等。该文对以上各种方法应用及特点作一概述。 |

| Abstract: | At present there are two kinds of methods to measure transgenic products: measuring the protein and measuring DNA. The method to measure the protein is ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay), test paper measuring and Western crossbreed; the method to measure DNA is PCR (polymerase chain reaction) ,PCR-ELISA,Southern crossbreed and so on. This reseach summarized the application and the characteristic of the kinds of methods. |
