摘    要:文章提出了采用过盈配合工 配电雷管铅芯延期体的新方法,通过与传统装配工艺对比,新工艺不仅提高了电雷管的延期时间精度,解决了速爆问题,还提高了生产效率,节省了人员,设备及能源。

Abstract:In this article,a new technology process has been discussed,which is called"tight fit"for the delay elements assembling of electric detonators.Compared to the traditional assembly technology,when using this new technology,the products have better accuracy delay time,the earlier detonation of the detonators can be prevented,but also the processes have fewer operators & equipments and less energy consumed.
