| 摘 要： | MC5、MC6高碳高铬钢电渣重熔辊坯探伤结果出现点状偏析不合。通过对过程操作及检验数据进行分析,认为主要原因在于金属电极状态和电极熔化过程控制不稳定。

| Abstract: | The point segregation has been found in the electroslag remelting roll blank of MC5 and MC6 high-car- bon chromium steel. Through to analysis the process operation and the inspection data, the primary cause is the metal electrode state and the electrode melting process control not to be unstable. |
