机械加工系统误差分析的灰色时序组合模型及其在工艺分析中的应用

摘    要:基于灰色GM(1,1)组合模型,提出了机械加工系统误差分析的灰色模型与方法,并与MATLAB6.1软件的统计功能相结合,编制了应用软件。给出了工艺分析实例,要提高机加工产品质量不仅要调整系统误差,也要降低随机误差。该方法使用简单,为机械加工误差分析提供了新理论与新方法。

Abstract:Based on Grey combination model,the Grey model and method to error analysis of mechanical process system was introduced and the application software was compiled with statistic function of MTLAB6.1 software.The example of technics analysis was presented.It shows that to improve mechanical machining quality we must not only adjust system error but also fall random error.The method is simple and it provides a new kind of theory and method for mechanical machining error analysis.
