摘    要:针对低电压校正控制和电压稳定裕度提高的预防控制采用不同的灵敏度指标和控制程序问题,提出了新的静态稳定预防控制方法。该法基于电压稳定灵敏度的等效分析,对电压校正和提高稳定裕度的控制措施进行综合排序,对不同类型的严重故障加入相应的控制约束,建立基于灵敏度的优化控制子问题实现对两方面的安全控制。在算法实现中,采用曲线拟合方法快速计算故障后的稳定裕度,并分析了提高算法效率的方法。该算法不需要计算零特征根的左特征向量,节省了计算量,且在临界点处能够提供相同的控制灵敏度排序。通过对实际的703节点系统仿真,结果验证了所提出的方法是有效的。

Abstract:In order to handle the situations that voltage correct control and improve the voltage stability margin preventive control have different sensitivity indexes and control algorithms,a static stability preventive control method to improve system static stability margin and correct low voltage buses is proposed in this paper.Based on the voltage stability sensitivity equivalent analysis,low voltage control actions and static stability preventive control actions of contingencies are rank at the same time,the optimal control subproblem is constructed to minimal control cost,and the severe contingencies linear constraint for different contingency type is added.The curve fitting method is used to quickly obtain the critical point of each severe contingency in the solve process.Several heuristic strategies are used to improve the computing efficiency of problem.The proposed method does not need to compute the left eigenvector associated with the zero eigenvalue of power flow Jacobian matrix,much computing time is saving.In the neighborhood of saddle-node bifurcation point,it can provide the same rank of the candidate remedial control actions as the method based on eigenvalue and eigenvector computation.The numerical tests on a real 703 bus system indicate that system has enough stability margins and better buses voltage quality under contingencies condition after control actions are taken,the proposed method is effective and suitable for large scale systems.
