| 摘 要： | 根据冲压件的零件图计算其毛坯尺寸，是分析冲压件变形程度的前提和制订工艺规程的基本步骤。根据冲压零件的变形特点，从设计和工艺的角度出发，将冲压零件形状特征分类；利用面向对象的方法，对冲压件形状特征的表达和毛坯展开算法进行了详细的描述。通过人机交互方式，对于具有复杂形状的冲压件，该系统也可以有效地生成对应的毛坯图。

| Abstract: | Blank calculation according to the drawing of stamping parts is the precondition of analyzing stamping parts deformation degree and the basic step of working out process regulations.According to deformation characteristic of parts,the shape features of stamping part are classified in term of design and process.With object oriented method,the expression of part's feature and algorithm of blank expanding is described in detail.Through interactive method,the system can effectively produce corresponding blank drawing for stamping part with complex shape. |
