In petrochemical industry, hot oil furnace is widely applied due to its advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, safety and environmental cleanness. With increasingly large scale happening in production construction, more and more thermal load is needed for hot oil furnace. In this article, with the comparison in cons and pros for two hot oil heating systems both with high thermal load and from the respects of design, production and economy, their application prospects and applicable conditions were analyzed.
