土壤-植物系统中重金属迁移性的影响因素及其生物有效性评价方法

摘    要:土壤-植物系统中重金属迁移性取决于其在土壤中的化学形态、赋存状态和土壤环境,反映土壤重金属的污染程度和对生态环境及人体健康的危害;土壤重金属生物有效性的评价方法研究,可为认识土壤重金属污染危害,修复重金属污染土壤提供理论基础。本文系统综述了土壤理化性质、重金属特性、植物种类与根际效应、人为活动及其它因素对土壤-植物系统中重金属迁移性的影响机理;阐明了总量预测法、化学形态提取法、自由离子活度法和生物学评价等方法的应用及其优缺点,并对今后研究进行了展望。

Abstract:The mobility of soil heavy metals in soil-plant system depends on their specific chemical forms, binding states and soil environments,which reflects the degree of soil contamination and corresponding haz-ards to eco-environment and human health. Studies on the evaluating methods of soil heavy metal bioavail-ability help to realize the risk of soil heavy metal pollution and provide theoretical bases for soil remedia-tion. In this paper, the influencing mechanisms of soil physic-chemical character, properties of heavy met-als, plant species and rhizosphere effect, human activity and other factors on heavy metal bio-availability in soil-plant system are summarized. The application, advantages and disadvantages of the total prediction method, chemical extraction procedure, Free-ion Activity Model and biological evaluation method are sys-tematically summarized. Finally, some problems and development in the future in terms of heavy metal mo-bility and bio-availability in soil-plant system are put forward.
