| 摘 要： | 为了适应电力市场的发展以及智能电网的研发,我国正在筹建新一代的电力用户信息系统。作者从电能表计的技术发展出发,对电力用户信息系统的开发和应用进行分析和讨论,并描述了国内外用以加强需方用电管理、支持供方市场营销管理的实例和动向及其在节能降耗和优化电网运行所发挥的作用。最后,就构建换代电力用户信息系统提出了建议。
