摘    要:为了实时准确地监测锅炉水中磷酸根离子浓度,构建了一种高精度智能磷酸根分析仪。该仪表以LPC2210为核心控制器,以嵌入式μC/OS-Ⅱ为软件平台,通过移植MiniGUI构建仪表的图形界面;硬件模块包括通信模块、存储显示模块和外围模块等,并且采用16位高精度A/D转换器;仪表实现人机交互、数据采集和处理、以太网通信等功能。实验数据表明,该仪表测量精度高、工作稳定可靠、重复性好,符合电厂监测磷酸根浓度的要求,有较高的实用价值和推广意义。

Abstract:To meet needs of monitoring and controlling the concentration of phosphate in the feed water and boiler water,a high-precision intelligent phosphate analyzer was designed.The LPC2210 was used as its core controller and μC/OS-Ⅱ was selected as software platform to realize the GUI system of the analyzer through the transplantation and application of MiniGUI.Hardware module included communication module,storage display module and other peripheral modules.Human-computer interaction,Ethernet communication capability and other functions were achieved by adopting a high 16-bits resolution A/D converter.The result of experiment shows that the instrument features high measurement accuracy,safety and reliability,good repeatability,and meets the power plats' demands.
