新型钙/锌复合热稳定剂的研制

摘    要:采用二苯甲酰甲烷、麦芽糖醇、水滑石和自制的双季戊四醇辛醇己二酸酯多组分复配钙/锌稳定剂.通过HAAKE流变仪、Ultro Scan XE颜色测定仪评价了该辅助体系与钙锌热稳定剂并用时的热稳定性。运用正交试验设计法,确定了钙/锌复合热稳定剂辅助体系各助剂适宜的添加量:二苯甲酰甲烷为0.2份。麦芽糖醇为0.5份,水滑石为0.6份,双季戊四醇辛醇己二酸酯为0.2份。

Abstract:A tetra-component compound auxiliary heat stabilizer was prepared with dibenzoylmethane, maltitol, hydrotalcite and the dipentaerythritol adipic acid ester as raw materials. The co-stabilization effects of the auxiliary heat stabilizer with calcium/zinc primary heat stabilizer were studied systematically by HAAKE Rheometer and UltraSean XE colourity meter. The optimum levels of the auxiliary heat stabilizer was obtained through orthogonal experiment design is dibenzoylmethane 0.2 phr, maltitol 0.5 phr, hydrotalcite 0.6 phr, and dipentaerythritol adipic acid ester 0.2 phr.
