ZnS:Cu发光粉的包覆研究进展

摘    要:综述了国内外对ZnS:Cu发光粉包覆的研究进展,阐述了国外包覆发光粉所采用流态化化学气相淀积(CVD)法,因其包覆均匀性好而成为包覆发光粉所采用的主要方法,并对该方法中粉体流态化的过程、特征及其内因等进行了探讨,为国内开展流态化CVD包覆发光粉的研究提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Due to encapsulating copper-activated zinc sulfide phosphor particles was viewed as an effective in order to prolong the lifetime of electroluminescence device and solve the problem of phosphor aged quickly. Advances of encapsulating copper-activated zinc sulfide phosphor at home and abroad are reviewed, with em-phasis on the methods of encapsulating phosphor particles. The fluidized chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method is most widely used today in the field of coating phosphor particles because of coating uniformity, and it is introduced including the process, characteristic and intrinstic reason of fluidization and the process and peculiarity of coating phospher particles by fluidized CVD.
