非线性动力学在风机叶轮系统流固耦合振动分析中的应用

摘    要:叶轮机械的叶轮系统是典型的非线性多振子系统,其各组件的振动均具有耦合性包括叶片流固耦合。利用表征非线性动力学系统随机性的关联维对风机稳定运行下5个工况的叶轮轴向振动信号和叶轮出口气动信号量化结果发现:二者信号关联维曲线的走向一致,即双方信号整体结构变化具有一致性、互体现性。证明了利用叶轮机械的耦合振动信号对其进行监测具有可行性。但用同样的方法分析发现:风机启动时(非稳定工况)的五段信号不具备这样的特性。

Abstract:The blade wheel system of the turbo machinery is typical non - linear vibrators system. The vibration of every module has interaction, including fluid - solid eaoupling of the blade. Analyzes five steady working conditions vibration signals by using correlation dimension, then find its curves of correlation dimension have the same trend. The variation of monolithic signal has correlation and embodiment. It proves that it is feasible to monitor the working state of turbo machinery. But this coupling characteristic is nonexistent in the non - steady working condition.
