综采工作面无线集控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前我国煤矿开采的特点以及集控系统灵活性与可靠性的要求,以同发东周窑煤矿8204工作面为研究背景,设计了一套基于PLC自动控制与物联网相融合的无线集控系统,实现了无线中继的灵活组网,改善了综采集控系统的可靠性,大幅提高了煤矿生产的安全性,节省设备维护成本,提高经济效益。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of coal mining and the requirement of flexibility and reliability of centralized control system in our country,taking 8204 working face of Tongfa Dongzhouyao coal mine as the research background,a set of wireless centralized control system based on the integration of PLC automatic control and internet of things was designed. The flexible networking of wireless relay was realized,the reliability of the centralized control system for fully mechanized mining was improved,and the safety of coal production was greatly improved. It can save the cost of equipment maintenance and improve the economic benefit.
