基于AMESim的煤矿液压支架液压系统仿真

摘    要:针对煤矿液压支架承载能力大、可靠性强、疲劳寿命长等高要求,以某型煤矿液压支架为研究对象,对煤矿液压支架液压系统进行分析,运用液压仿真软件AMESim对煤矿液压支架液压系统中的立柱液压缸、推杆液压缸的油液压力、活塞杆作用力等特性进行数值仿真。仿真结果表明:立柱液压缸为阶梯工况,推杆液压缸为单一工况;在不同工况下立柱液压缸、推杆液压缸的油液压力、活塞杆作用力均呈现为开始波动较大、然后波动逐渐减小、最后稳定在某一固定值的变化趋势。该研究为煤矿液压支架液压系统优化设置、可靠性提升及精确控制等方面提供理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the high requirements of the large bearing capacity, high reliability and long fatigue life for coal mine hydraulic support,a coal mine hydraulic support has been taken as the research object,and the hydraulic system of coal mine hydraulic support has been analyzed. The hydraulic simulation software AMESim has been used to simulate the characteristics of hydraulic pressure and piston rod force for column hydraulic cylinder,push rod hydraulic cylinder in the coal mine hydraulic support hydraulic system. The simulation results show that the hydraulic cylinder of the coal mine hydraulic support hydraulic system is stepped working condition and the push rod hydraulic cylinder is single working condition;under different working conditions,the hydraulic pressure and piston rod force of the column hydraulic cylinder and the push rod hydraulic cylinder are presenting as a trend of fluctuations at the beginning and then fluctuations gradually decreasing, and at last a certain fixed value. It provides a theoretical basis for the optimal arrangement,reliability improvement and precise control of the coal mine hydraulic support hydraulic system.
