| 摘 要： | 文章剖析了拉弯矫圆盘剪的两个重要单元，即圆盘剪本体和碟形刀装置。在对圆盘剪本体的结构分析中，围绕圆盘刀、侧隙调整机构、重叠量调整机构以及上下刀轴等关键零部件的结构，对如何实现侧间隙和重叠量的调整进行了阐述，并结合制造、装配和生产实践，对不同结构形式进行了评述，提出了改进的设计方案；在对碟型刀装置的分析中，指出了结构设计中的一些不足，并提出了新的结构方案。
