摘    要:径流补偿调节是研究梯级水电站开发顺序总体模型中的一个重要子模型。研究梯级水电站开发顺序中,因为排序电站建成投入运行的可能组合很多,使得径流补偿调节问题比较复杂。目前常规的方法多偏重于研究确定电站数目的径流补偿调节,很少考虑多种组合。本文针对这一特点抓住主要因素,对问题作了一些简化,建立了考虑补偿电站和补偿电站特性的动态规划模型,并对模型中罚函数在实际应用中的取值范围采用实例计算的方法作了研究,提出

Abstract:Tho runoff compensation model, one of the submodels in the integrated model of cascade hydropower development sequencing, is dealt wity in this paper. The proflem of runoff compensation would be qu1te conlplicated fecause of many possibilities of various comlination of cascade hydropower station in the sequencing studies. The most traditional mcthods of reservoir regulating ofrunoff compensation account for only a fix numler of stations. In this paper a dynamic programmingmodel is formulated, taking into account the properties of compensating power stations and compensated ones, as well as other irnportant factors. Besides, the application of penalty function to the dynaneic programming mcdel is discussed by using the case study, ar1d the ranges of variatiGn of the coefficients for the parameters of penalty function are prescnted.
