摘    要:红外辐射加热具有损耗小,升温快,无需介质等特点,该技术在印染行业的引入,是在印染打底机和定形机上引起了革命性的进展,节约了热能,减化了设备结构及维修量,同时减少了对环境的污染。

Abstract:Infrared radiation heating technology has advantages such as low energy loss,fast temperature elevation as well as no need of medium. The introduction of this new technology into textile wet processing industry has led to a revolutionary advance especially in padding mangle and setting machine. It has saved thermal energy, reduced facilities andmaintenance, and simultanously cut down the pollution.
