摘    要:某超高层住宅楼结构高度193.6m,结构形式采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,属于超高层结构。该塔楼核心筒的高宽比较大,且Y向框架柱数量较少。分别运用了PKPM和ETABS两种计算软件对该塔楼进行了多遇地震下的反应谱分析,以保证其计算结果的可靠性。在此基础上,又进一步利用ETABS软件对该结构进行了弹性时程反应分析。针对本超高层住宅楼自身的结构特性,对其设定适宜的性能目标,完成在设防烈度地震下的中震弹性和中震不屈服的计算分析,以及罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,从而实现结构的性能化设计。

Abstract:The structural height of the residential building is 193.6 meters, with a reinforced concrete frame core tube structural system,and it belongs to super high-rise building. The ratio of height to width of its core tube is 17.4,higher than the standard value. The quantity of the frame column in Y direction is relatively little. In order to make the analysis results safe and reliable, response spectrum analysis of the structure under frequent earthquake were made by the analysis software PKPM and ETABS respectively. On the base of response spectrum analysis, one artificial seismic wave and two natural seismic waves were selected to make elastic time-history analysis on the structure using ETABS. According to the characteristics of the project itself, the appropriate seismic performance objectives of structure was set up.The elastic and non-yielding analysis under moderate earthquake was completed. Elastic- plastic time-history analysis was analyzed by using ABAQUS software under scarce earthquake. All the analysis to ensure the completion of performance-based design.
