含砷、锑型微细粒金矿石的强化浮选

摘    要:贵州省某金矿含砷、锑金矿石,金粒度特细,有害元素含量多,金的赋存状态又十分复杂。通过在粗造作业采取强化措施后,使该矿石中的微细粒包裹金得到了较好地回收。尾矿金的损失由常规浮选的2g/t降至0.5g/t,金的回收率由70%提高到91%以上,浮选效果得到明显改善。

Abstract:Containing arsenic,antimony and a large amount of harmful elements, the gold ore in a certain sold mine of Guizhou Province is extra refractory, due to its extra fine-gold-grain and complicated gold occurrence. Through intensified measures adopted,the fine-grained and encapsulated sold in the ore were well-recovered, the loss of sold in tailing reduced from 28/t in conventional flotation to 0.5g/t and gold recovery raised from 70% to over 91 %.This showed that the flotation effect was markedly improved.
