| Abstract: | The closed cold forging process for forming the starlike casings for the constant_speed universal joints of cars was analyzed.The forged_part drawings and blank dimensions were deˉtrmineded for design of the cold forging process.The permitted deformation degree was calcuˉ lated and the main points for blank_making treatment were stated.The closed cold forging die structure,the forging principle and the main points for design of the forging die were introduced. |
