摘    要:探讨了当~(147)Pm单次或连续多次摄入体内时,在骨组织的滞留并诱发骨髓细胞突变损伤的剂量效应关系。观察到~(147)Pm在单次或多次内污染时,都在骨组织中呈选择性滞留,并可诱发骨髓细胞染色体发生畸变,其畸变程度可随体内摄入~(147)Pm放射性活度的加大而相应增高,呈现良好的剂量效应关系。无论从单次或连续多次~(147)Pm摄入体内所诱发的染色体畸变类型来看,大多属于单体型。

Abstract:The purpose of this work is to study the correlation between the accumulation of 147Pm in bone and its possible mutagenic effect in organism. When given i.v. to male rats, 147Pm was selectively localized in skeleton. The retention data in bone were well described by an exponential expression. It caused marked chromosome aberrations in bone marrow cells. There was positive relationship between chromosome aberration rates and the amount of 147Pm administered. Most of the chromosome aberrations induced by 147Pm were of chromatid type. Chromatid deletions were predominant accompanied with a few chromosome aberrations.
