| Abstract: | A 22Na positron annihilation life-time spectroscopy method is applied to the measurement of solid surface film. In this paper the principle of the experimental method and the practical technique used to measure solid surface film have been expounded for thin metalfilm under the conditions of constant temperature and equal space volume occupied by metal atoms. |
