摘    要: 研究了42CrMo钢热轧材和Gleeble热模拟试样经球化退火处理后的组织。结果表明,试样在650~750 ℃大应变量(ε=12)下变形后保温300 s,再经700 ℃×2 h退火后的组织可达到热轧材长时间(≥16 h)退火的组织特征,且硬度低于HV 210。说明此工艺可明显缩短传统球化退火时间。

Abstract:The microsturcture characteristics of 42CrMo steel in as rolled and thermo mechanical treated conditions were researched. The results of thermo mechanical deformation experiment showed that when the specimens were held at 650-750 ℃ for 300 s after deformation at strain 12 and then were annealed at 700 ℃ for 2 h, the achieved microstructures were similar to those in as rolled condition and soaking for long time (≥16 h ). Therefore, the time of traditional annealing process can be significantly shortened.
