摘    要:为了研究0Cr19Ni9不锈钢中板表面线裂形成原因,从生产中有裂纹的0Cr19M9不锈钢初轧坯上取样,按中板轧制工艺制定模拟轧制方案,然后在实验室进行轧制。结果表现试样轧制后有残留裂纹的上表面出现线裂,从而确定了线裂是由初轧坯表面裂纹形成的。

Reason of Longitudinal Striation Cracks in the Surface of OCrl9Ni9 Hot Rolled Jobbing Sheet
Abstract:In order to study the reason of longitudinal striation cracks in the surface of 0Crl9Ni9 hot rolled jobbing sheet and through the test samples cut from a bloom slab, process of 0Crl9Ni9 hot rolled jobbing sheet was simulated in the laboratory. The results was that there were striation cracks in the surfaces with residual cracks, the conclusion was drawn that the striation cracks were caused by the defaults of bloom slab.
