几种钢软氮化层组织及性能研究

摘    要:对经过相同软氮化工艺处理后的38CrMoAl、12CrMoV和45钢的渗层厚度、组织结构、显微硬度及室温耐磨性、抗冲蚀磨损性进行了全面系统的研究。结果表明,虽然12CrMoV、38CrMoAl的渗层厚度薄,但其各项性能明显优于45钢,由此分析了合金绎渗层组织和性能的影响。同时初步探讨了冷变形对软氮化过程的影响。

Abstract:The thickness, microstructure, microhardness , wear and corrosion - resistance of 12CrMoV ,38CrMoAl and 45 steels having been soft - nitrided with the same way have been studied. The results show that each properties of 38CrMoAl, 12CrMoV nitriding steels are obviously better than 45 steel.The effect of alloy element on microstructure and properties in the nitride layer has been analyzed. At the same time, the influence of cold - press on nitride' s process is preliminary approached.
