| 摘 要： | 分析了Ａｓｅｅｌ轧管机国产化轧辊辊环易裂原因，采取离心浇注、严格操作及改进辊环与辊轴装配型式等措施，使轧辊寿命由原轧管１０００余支提高到现在的思管５０００支以上，企业获得明显经济效益。

| Abstract: | The Aseel roller's sleeve made in China tends to crack and the paper analyses the reasons. Measures such as centrifugal casting, strengthening operation and improvement of assemblage of sleeve and its shaft are taken to extend life from 1 000 to over 5 000 rollers resulting in obvious economic benefit. |
