应用大孔吸附树脂吸附分离墨旱莲总黄酮的研究

摘    要:采用多种型号大孔吸附树脂对墨旱莲总黄酮进行吸附纯化,筛选最佳树脂,考察其静态吸附曲线、动态吸附曲线和动态洗脱曲线,并考察pH、原液浓度对静态吸附的影响以及洗脱剂浓度对静态洗脱的影响.实验结果表明,大孔吸附树脂对墨旱莲总黄酮有良好的吸附分离作用.

Abstract: Some types of macroporous resins were used to separate total flavones from Ecilpata alba in order to select the best macroporous resin.The static adsorption curve,dynamic adsorption curve,dynamic elution curve were observed.The effect of pH,concentration of stock solution on static adsorption and the effect of concentration of ethanol solution on static elution were also observed.The result showed that macroporous resins have good effect on separation of flavones from Eclipata alba.
