摘    要:为了克服现行的一般利用连续变量的优化方法处理含有离散变量问题时可能得不到最优解的弊端,本文提出了网格法并利用网格法对圆柱型螺旋弹簧进行了混合离散优化设计。在建立数学模型过程中考虑了约束的模糊性,运用模糊数学理论对模型进行了模糊处理从而得到能够满足工程需要的优化方案。结果表明,该方法算法简单,编制程序容易,优化效果明显,适合于低维的含有离散变量的工程问题的优化。

Abstract:The current continued variable optimization method cannot obtain get optimal solutions in dealing with problems with discrete variables. The defect can be overcome by gridding method. Therefore, this paper introduces the gridding method to optimize the design of cylinder helix sping. The fuzzy mathematics theory is applied to establish the math model of the fuzzy optimum design of the cylinder helix sping. The result indicates that the arigovithm is simple and it is easy to develop programs for the method, and it had good performance in optimizing small dimension engineering problems with discrete variables.
