摘    要:针对碱的质量分数检测过程中对监控系统实时性的要求,根据电化学原理,提出了基于ZigBee技术的碱液质量分数检测系统.给出了系统的监控网络结构,选用TI公司基于ZigBee技术的CC2430芯片作为系统数据采集与传输、网络管理与数据显示等节点的控制器.设计了碱液质量分数数据采集电路、监控网络主节点与数据显示电路原理图,并给出了主节点及数据采集节点的程序流程.系统运行结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,抗干扰、能耗低、体积小、成本低,为化工及纺织企业的碱液质量分数检测提供了一种新技术.
