预交联颗粒凝胶调驱技术

摘    要:预交联凝胶颗粒调驱剂是一种吸水体积膨胀材料 ,对油无吸入性 ,并且油中水凝胶体积收缩。预交联凝胶颗粒吸水后仍然具有很好的柔顺性和韧性 ,注入到地层孔隙后 ,微粒在水驱压力作用下 ,产生变形 ,驱动孔隙内的剩余油向生产井运移 ,可起到驱油作用 ;另一方面地层深部压差作用较小时 ,凝胶颗粒会滞留在地层孔隙中 ,起到封堵地层高渗透带和大孔道的作用。从室内试验评价到现场应用全面阐述了预交联颗粒凝胶的性能特点。

Abstract:Pre-crosslink gel particle agent for oil displacement on basis of profile control is a kind of water absorbing volumetric expansion material without oil absorbability and with hydro-gem volume shrinkage. After absorbing water pre-crosslink gel particle is still of excellent flexibility and ductility, when it is injected into the pore of formation the micro-particle was effected by the pressure of water drive and deformed, remaining oil is driven and migrates toward productive will .as well as play a role of oil displacement. In addition when the pressure differential in deep formation, the gel particle is detained in pore of formation and play a part of plugging high permeable gone and mega-pore. The article formulates in detail features and functions for particle gel according to the appraisement of laboratory experiment and field application.
