无级可变气门正时及升程的新型凸轮

摘    要:提出了一种简单而实用的新型凸轮结构,对此凸轮各区段的结构和功能作了详细说明,阐述了凸轮各区段之间过渡曲面连续性等级的选择依据,并对此凸轮的初步试验情况进行了介绍。这种新型凸轮结构可以实现连续可变气门正时和气门升程,适应了无级式机电一体化可变气门正时和可变气门升程机构的发展趋势。

Abstract:A new type of cam with simple but practical structure was proposed and structure and function of this cam's different parts were expatiated.Selection references for polysurface continuity grade between different parts were put forward.Then,primary test of this cam is introduced.This new type cam structure can implement continuous Variable Valve Timing and continuous Variable-Lift simultaneity,which adapt to the developing tendency of VVT.
