四气门车用柴油机进气道设计及试验评价

摘    要:分析了车用柴油机应用四气门缸盖的优点,对某重型车用柴油机设计了长切向短螺旋组合进气道并进行了进气模拟计算。结果表明:双进气道方案局部流动阻力小,在上止点附近有较高的平均流速。对两种形式的长切向短螺旋组合进气道缸盖进行了稳流试验评价对比,试验证明,带鼻梁的长切向短螺旋组合进气道具有良好的充气和气流组织效果。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the advantage of four valves used on a vehicle diesel engine, designed the inlet port of four-valve cylinder head with a long tangential and a short helical inlet port on a heavy vehicle diesel engine and gave a simulation of air flowing. The simulation results show that the double inlet port has smaller local flow resistance and higher average velocity flow near TDC than the single one. By comparing the steady flow experiments result of two style of cylinder head with a long tangential and a short helical inlet port.it is proved that the cylinder head which has a nose between the two intake valves has a better charging effect and the air flow form than another one with the same form but does not have a nose.
