摘    要:基于铁岭发电厂存在的发电机定子线圈腐蚀问题,分析腐蚀机理,根据经验提出更精确的发电机定子冷却水水质要求,研究确定定子冷却水最佳处理方式及最佳控制方式,指出氢型、钠型混床并列运行具有可控性强、系统水质稳定的优点,是值得推荐的处理方式。

Abstract:Corrosion problems existed in the stator windings of turbogenerator in Tieling Power Plant.This paper analyzes the corrosion mechanism,puts forward more accurate quality requirements of cooling water for generator stator,studies and determines the optimum modes of treatment and cotrol.It indicates that operation in parallel of H-form mixed bed and Na -form mixed bed possesses the strong points of good controllability and stable water quality,being a treatment mode worth recommending.
