摘    要:现有分散剂存在抗温耐盐性能不能满足深井、超深井固井要求,有缓凝或起气泡副作用等问题。文章以正交优化实验对磺化醛酮缩聚物合成工艺进行了最佳配比的优化选择实验,确定了最佳的合成条件,对该分散剂进行了系统评价。结果表明,磺化醛酮缩聚物对水泥浆的流变性能具有较强的调控能力,分散效果较为显著。当磺化醛酮缩聚物固相加量为0.4%~0.8%时,水泥浆的初始稠度低,流性指数可由原浆的0.3升高到0.8,甚至达到1.0。有良好的抗温、抗盐性,与降失水剂、缓凝剂等有良好的相容性,在现场得到了很好的应用。

Abstract:The existing dispersants cannot meet the cementing requirements of deep and ultra-deep wells, having low temperature tolerance, low brine resistance, retarding, bubbling, and some other problems. Orthogonal tests were done for optimizing the synthetic process of the sulfonated ketone/aldehyde polycondensates. The best synthesizing conditions were concluded. And a systematic evaluation of this dispersant is done. By analyzing the experimental data, it is found the sulfonated ketone/aldehyde polycondensates has an excellent rheological behavior control ability, which can increase the flow behavior index of the cement slurry from 0.3 to 0.8, even to 1.0, with a dose of 0.4%-0.8% by weight. The dispersant has a high temperature tolerance and brine-resisting capability, and is compatible with cement retarder, filtration reducer, etc. And its obvious effects have been demonstrated by field application.
