摘    要:介绍了一种新型的用陶瓷板作为介质阻挡强电离放电装置的IGBT逆变电源。分析了陶瓷板放电的特点。依据陶瓷板介质阻挡放电的特点,成功研制了22kHz大功率高压逆变电源装置,试验证明:它可使产生的臭氧体积质量由20g/m^3提高到200g/m^3,而且减小了强电离放电产生高浓度臭氧装置的体积,实验证明该电源的结构简单、稳定性好。给出了相应的设计电路和波形。

Development on New Model of DBD High Concentration Ozone-power Source

Abstract:This article presents a new IGBT inversion power source, which uses ceramic wafer as the medium to prevent the strong ionic discharge installation. The characteristics of the ceramic wafer electric discharge are analyzed. Based on the resistance of ceramic wafer medium to electric discharge, are analyzed, the 22 kHz high-efficiency and high-voltage inversion electrical power unit is successfully developed, and the experiment indicates that it may make the ozone volume 1 quality raise from 20g/m^3 to 200g/m^3 while reduce the volume of high-potency ozone equipment produced by the strong ionic discharge. The simulation proves that this power source is simple in structure, excellent in stability. The corresponding design circuits and the profiles are also given in this article.
