大型压缩机混凝土基础浇筑施工技术

摘    要:施工体积约为320m3的大型压缩机基础,并且要保证每个基础18根地脚螺栓之间的相对位置的尺寸精度,关键是要解决水泥水化热、收缩裂缝和地脚螺栓定位问题。文章从水平定位钢支架的制作、埋件就位、螺栓固定方面介绍了螺栓位置精度的控制方法;又从混凝土配方、浇筑以及混凝土内部温度的调节与监测、养护等方面介绍了水泥水化热及收缩裂缝的控制方法。

Abstract:For a large scale compressor foundation of construction volume about 320 m3 and with 18 built-in bolts, which demands exact positioning, the key issues to be solved are of cement hydration heat, contraction cracks, foundation bolt positioning and so on. This paper introduces the precision control method of bolt positioning regarding the fabrication of the horizontal positioning steel frame, situating of embedded parts and fixing of bolts. Furthermore, it introduces the control methods of cement hydration heat and contraction cracks with respect to concrete formulation and casting as well as adjusting and monitoring concrete interior temperatures.
