职业素质导向下的高职英语教学改革研究

针对高职英语教学职业化过程中出现的:学生对职业素质认知不全面、高职英语课程设置职业导向不足、教师对学生职业素质培养认识不够等问题,探讨了在高职英语教学中渗透职业素质培养的意义,提出了职业素质导向下高职英语教学改革的6种途径。

On Professional Quality-oriented Higher Vocational English Teaching Reform

Many problems emerged gradually in the professionalized process of higher vocational English teaching, for example: Students’ cognition of professional quality is not comprehensive; teachers’ under-standing of students’ vocational quality training is not enough; higher vocational English course arrange-ment lacks of career-oriented; teaching environment and facilities need to be improved , they are seriously affect the teaching process. This paper discusses the significance of permeating professional quality educa-tion in higher vocational English teaching , analyzes the present situation and problems and put forward six kinds of higher vocational English teaching reform ways.
