摘 要: | 以河北丰宁抽水蓄能电站上、下库C30W12F400面板纤维混凝土为例,探讨了不同石粉含量、掺加聚丙烯腈纤维对混凝土力学性能影响,得出:沙中石粉含量对混凝土用水量、强度等性能影响极大,建议石粉含量控制在(10±2)%;聚丙烯腈纤维使用得当能够提高混凝土抗裂性,也可使混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度明显增大。

Experimental Study on Polyacrylonitrile Fibre Concrete Performance |

Abstract: | Taking Hebei Fengning pumped-storage power station upper and lower reservoir C30W12F400 panel fiber concrete of as a case, this paper discusses the influence of different stone powder content, mixed with polyacrylonitrile fiber or not on concrete mechanical properties , and it comes to the conclusion that the stone powder content in the sand has enormous influence on the concrete water consumption , strength and other properties, it suggests that the stone powder content should be control in (10+2) %;Polyacrylonitrile fiber used properly can improve the crack resistance of concrete , it also can make the concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increases obviously. |
