| 摘 要： | 软件工程和系统工程是目前在企业信息化建设中经常会论及的概念，文中简单阐述了基于国外先进工具的企业软件工程和系统工程体系搭建的范例。根据技术开发需求和项目管理需求本文提出了以Matlab和Cradle为主要平台的工具配置情况，并说明了在工作过程中各自的功能定位。
