| 摘 要： | 介绍了在进口锦纶高速纺生产线上试纺锦纶６多孔细旦ＰＯＹ的生产工艺，试生产证明调整和稳定切片质量，提高纺丝温度，适当缩短喷丝板与上油嘴之间的距离，采用合适的组件装配方式，降低侧吹风速度，提高纺丝上油量等是生产锦纶６细旦丝的工艺技术关键。

| Abstract: | The high speed spinning process of PA 6 porous fine denier with imported equipment was introduced. In order to gain fine denier PA 6 filament with high additional value, we should steadily control chips quality, raise melt temperature, suitably shorten distance between spinneret and finish nozzle, adjust quench air speed, adapt appropriate spin packs, and should raise finish quantity. |
