长江科学院近3年(2012—2014年)外事交流专家讲学总结*

摘    要:近3年(2012—2014年),长江科学院在外事交流中邀请了38位专家学者举办了22场次专家讲学报告会,整理了22场次专家讲学的基本信息,按年度简介了每场次专家讲学的主要内容,总结了讲学的总体效果;讲学效果总体上可概括为更新“治水治江”理念(如防洪堤超高“经济最优曲线”、“大河流”专业、“治河工程”与“环境保护”)、跟踪水利科学科技前沿(如分汊河流“最大水流输沙效率”、页岩气开发与水资源保护、水库湖泊温室气体排放数值模拟模型)、增强项目科技人员交流。

Abstract:In recent 3 years, from 2012 to 2014, 38 experts carring out international exchange and cooperation with Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute (CRSRI) have been invited to deliver 22 lectures in CRSRI. Basic information and background of the 22 expert lectures are firstly collected, and main contents of all the lectures are annually introduced. Effectiveness of the lectures is generally summarized as 3 parts upgrading ideas of water management and river regulation, tracking frontier of hydro science, and strengthening exchange and cooperation of engineers in cooperative projects. In the first part , economic optimization curve for extra dike height, domain of “general river researches”, river engineering and environmental protection are discussed . In the second part , relevant theories and methods are introduced ,namely maximum sediment transportation efficiency of braided rivers, shale gas exploitation and water resources protection, and numerical modelling on emissions of greenhouse gasses from reservoirs and lakes.
