曲线孔电火花加工SMA机器人的研究

摘    要:采有表状记忆合金(SMA)功能材料,仿照蚯蚓等软件动物的蠕动与挠曲原理研制出了曲线孔仿电火花加工机器人,采用该机器人可方便地加工出形状复杂的空间曲线孔,分析了该机器人的加工原理,以及变曲导向部分的构成与导向机理。

Abstract:There are widely applied prospects of curved hole in ultraprecise injection mold, fluid mechanism and fluid drive. However, the existing machining techniques can only be used to machine simple curved hole with large radius of curvature. The techniques of machining curved hole show low efficiency and unsmoothness in turning point of curved hole. Imitating the squirming and deflection principle of earthworm,this paper presents a robot of electric discharge machining of curved hole using bionics and shape memory alloy (SMA) function material. The robot can conveniently machine the complicated space curved hole. The machining principle of the robot is discussed. The form and squirming principle of actuating device, and the form and guide mechanism of bend guide of the robot are emphatically analyzed and studied.
