| 摘 要： | 介绍风扫磨存在人孔门螺栓易断,进料斗底板易被磨损等问题。通过改造人孔门安装结构,进料斗底板加装材料为ZGMn13衬板,使问题得到解决,提高了开车率,年节约检修费用2万余元。

Modification of the air swept mill |

| Abstract: | The problems in the air swept mill, such as the bolts of manhole door easily broken and the base plate of feed hopper easily worn, are solved with modification, including improvement on fixing structure of manhole door and reinforcement by a liner plate of ZGMn13 material for the base plate. The modification brings an increasing running rate of equipment and the saved maintenance cost of 20 000 RMB Yuan per year. |
