SiCp/Al复合材料加工过程中棱边缺陷控制方法的研究

摘    要:由于SiCp/Al的材料特性,加工完成后会在工件的出口处形成一定的棱边缺陷,破坏工件的表面形貌,本文提出了两种控制棱边缺陷的方法:变深度切削法和变应力切削法,并通过有限元软件对两种方法进行仿真分析。结果表明:通过增加工件出口角来改变切削深度的方法对棱边缺陷的形成有一定影响,且当出口角α大于45°时能有效抑制棱边缺陷的形成;另一种方法是借助在出口处固定一个挡板来实现变应力,结果显示这种方法也能对棱边缺陷的形成有抑制效果。

Abstract:Due to the material properties of SiCp/A1, edge defects will form at the exit of the workpiece when the machining is completed, thus destroying the surface topography of the workpiece, therefore, the edge defects need to he con- trolled effectively. Two methods of controlling the edge defects are proposed here : variable depth cutting method and varia- ble stress cutting method, and the two methods are simulated and analyzed by finite element software. The analysis results show that: the method by increasing the exit angle of the workpiece to change the cutting depth has a certain influence on the formation of edge defects, and when the exit angle is greater than 45~it can inhibit the formation of the edge defects ef- fectively ; another method is to use a baffle fixed at the exit of the workpiece of the workpiece to achieve variable stress, re- sult shows that this method also has inhibitory effect on the edge defect formation.
