| 摘 要： | 本文研究了给水系统供水量的不确定性，给出了给水系统最优可靠度的计算方法，建立了当给水系统的总造价（或总可靠度）给定时，要求系统的可靠度达到最大（或总造价为最省）如何向各子系统分配最优造价或最优可靠度的决策模型。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the uncertainty of the quantity of water supply in a water supply system. The computation on optimal reliability of a water supply system is presented.Furthermore, this paper builds up decision-making models distributing optimal costs or optimal reliability to all subsystems of a water supply system when the cost (or reliability)of the water supply system is given, so that the reliability is maximized (resp. the cost is minimized). |
