流水线联机故障自动检测系统设计

本文提出一种的联机故障自动检测系统,给出了该故障检测系统的总体设计结构,分析了其主要组成模块和实现的功能。针对其智能化的需求,首次将增量数据库技术应用于故障信息的存储和交互更新。有效地实现了检测系统的灵活、高效的工作模式。最后文章对联机故障自动检测系统的重要底层支撑模块——增量式数据库的实现进行了深入的分析和研究。

The Design of the On-line Breakdown Detection System For Assembly Line

This paper proposed one kind of on-line breakdown automatic detection system,has produced design structure for the malfunction detection system,has analyzed its main composition module and the realization function.In view of its intellectualized demand,applies for the first time the increase database technology to the breakdown information memory and alternately renews.Effectively has realized the examination system nimbly,the highly effective working pattern.Finally this paper has carried on the thorough analysis and research to the increase type database module which is the important technology for the on-line breakdown automatic detection system.
