稀土对LF_(21)铝合金电解着色膜耐磨性能的影响

摘    要:本工作采用平面磨耗法对添加稀土的LF_(21)铝合金电解着色膜层耐磨性进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明:电解液浓度、电流密度、温度、时间、稀土含量等对电解着色膜耐磨性能均有较大影响。稀土的加入可以明显地提高耐磨性能,含量以0.30%为宜。

Abstract:A systematic research was carried out by way of plane abrasion on the wearability of the electrolytically coloured film on LF_(21)aluminum alloy containing rare earths. The results show that concentration of the electrolytes,the current density,temperature and time of the colouring process and the content of rare earths of the alloy,all have great influences on the wearability of the coloured film.It is proved that the addition of rare earths in the alloy preferably in concentration of 0.30 per cent can improve the wearability remarkably.
