摘    要:用不同加热工艺在低碳钢上制取了两种钴基及含稀土钴基合金涂层。经分析发现,加热条件显著影响稀土对钴基合金的变质作用。即:采用低能量输入熔覆时稀土的变质效果显著,反之其作用明显降低。指出应用稀土改性涂覆合金既要考虑应用场合,还要选择合理的加热工艺。

Abstract:On the matrix of carbon steel, two Co based alloy coatings with addition of rare earth elemerts (RE) were obtained by means of heating. Results showed that heating treatment had obvious influence on the modification affect of RE on Co based alloy, i. e. the modification result at low energy density was much better than that at higher energy dinsity. In addition, this paper pointed out that improvement of RE on Co based alloy was connected with applied occasion and the heating technology should be selected carefully.
