NS型与VEECO型压电阀脉冲特性测试

为了给中国联合球形托卡马克装置(SUNIST)的充气系统选择合适的压电阀,我们对国产NS型压电阀和美国的VEECO压电阀进行了送气率和脉冲送气特性的测试.实验表明二者都具有优秀的脉冲响应重复性,可满足SUNIST的要求.尽管VEECO阀在可靠性指标上经过了时间的验证,但NS阀在送气率方面更适合SUNIST等离子体实验的要求.

Pulse response test of NS and VEECO piezoelectricity valves

In order to select a proper piezoelectricity valve for the gas injecting system on Sino UNIted Spherical Tokamak(SUNIST), we have tested the gas injecting rate and pulse response of NS valve(made in China) and VEECO valve(made in USA). The experiment shows that both the two valves have excellent responding reproducibility and can satisfy the requirement of SUNIST. Although the reliability of VEECO valve has already been tested by a long time, the gas injecting rate of NS valve is more appropriate for the plasma experiment of SUNIST.
